4 Tangerines, thinly sliced
1 Burrata
2 tbsps N'duja
1/2 tsp Flakey salt
1 tbsp Parsley
Sliced toasted baguette for serving
Arrange the sliced tangerines into a serving plate.
Place the burrata in middle of the plate and cut in open.
Drizzle with n'duja and sprinkle with flakey salt.
